01
Begin with the workflow between systems
A technology alliance should explain how two capabilities work together and what improves for the user. Start with the data flow, the interface, and the operational responsibility on each side. Product compatibility is something to establish through testing, not a claim to make from a diagram.
02
Possible technical collaboration
We are open to discussing API integrations, AI and data workflows, deployment patterns, and jointly scoped technical validation. A useful proposal names the product or component, supported environments, relevant interfaces, and the problem the integration would solve.
03
Plan beyond the first successful request
Agree on authentication, access scopes, version compatibility, performance expectations, incident handling, and maintenance ownership. Define how breaking changes are communicated and what happens when a dependency is unavailable. The integration needs an operating plan as well as a prototype.
04
Bring a concise technical brief
Share the platform, intended workflow, documentation links, integration requirements, and a technical contact. Do not include API keys or credentials. If a sandbox is needed, we can discuss its scope and access arrangements after the initial review.
