This website is operated by PT. Data Sorcerers Indonesia and provides information about our work, capabilities, research, and related services. These terms apply to use of this company website. Separate products and programs have their own participation rules. Visiting the website does not create a paid engagement, purchase, enrollment, or partnership.
02 / Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s information and rights.
- •Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or bypass security controls.
- •Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful material, or use contact details for spam.
- •Do not misrepresent an affiliation, certification, endorsement, or agreement with Data Sorcerers.
- •Report suspected security issues privately without disclosing personal data or exploiting the issue beyond what is necessary to describe it.
03 / Proposals and paid engagements
A service description or inquiry does not confirm scope, price, availability, or delivery dates. A paid engagement requires a separate agreement defining deliverables, responsibilities, fees, acceptance, confidentiality, data handling, and ownership. That agreement governs the engagement, subject to mandatory law. Scope changes may require an agreed adjustment to fees or timelines.
04 / Content and intellectual property
Website content, branding, illustrations, research materials, and software belong to Data Sorcerers or their respective rights holders. You may link to public pages and quote brief, attributed excerpts for a lawful informational purpose. Substantial republication, commercial reuse of visual assets, or use of our brand implying endorsement requires permission. Rights in project deliverables and client materials are determined by the applicable agreement.

Provide accurate contact information and share only what is needed to discuss your request. Do not send passwords, access keys, third-party personal data, or confidential project files through an initial inquiry. A confidentiality or data-processing arrangement should be established before sensitive project information is transferred. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
